The Number One Reason Pastors Don’t Go to the Holy Land

Holy LandYou know, the reason most pastors never visit the Holy Land is surprising.

It isn’t lack of desire! In my 20+ years of ministry I’ve never met a pastor who doesn’t want to walk where Jesus walked.

It isn’t safety! I’ve personally been to the Holy Land several times, and I have always felt completely safe in Israel (despite what the media tries to tell us).

The #1 reason pastors don’t go to the Holy Land? Money.

It simply costs too much.

Most all-inclusive tours of the Holy Land are at least $5,000 and many of us simply can’t swing that on a pastor’s salary.

But I believe that every pastor should visit the Holy Land at least once. And I want to help you go!

On May 22-30, 2014, I am personally taking a group of Pastors and Church Leaders to the Holy Land for a one-of-a-kind spiritual and leadership retreat in the land of the Bible. It’s a trip by pastors for pastors!

(Click here for a FREE DVD and info packet you can share with your elders and deacons)

This deluxe, all-inclusive 9-Day tour includes round-trip airfare, 4-star hotels, food, transportation and more. It’s a First-Class tour, but it doesn’t come with a First-Class price tag.

And remember . . . you don’t have to make this investment alone. In fact, just speaking pastor-to-pastor here . . . your church should help send you to the Holy Land.  And now is the perfect time!

Here’s why.

I’ve been to the Holy Land several times, and as a Pastor, I know the effect this tour will have on your ministry. You will:

  • Understand the Bible in ways you never have before. Once you’ve been, it’s as if you were reading the Bible in black and white before, and can now see it in full color.?
  • Never preach the same way again. You will have an entirely new perspective as you prepare your sermon each week after you’ve seen with your own eyes the places where Jesus taught, performed miracles, restored Peter after his denial, fasted in the wilderness, carried his cross to Golgotha, and was raised to life in the empty tomb.?
  • You will experience a personal spiritual renewal. Every pastor should take time for spiritual renewal each year. There’s no better place than the Holy Land.?
  • You will learn from me as I teach you the Leadership Principles of Jesus, and receive encouragement from other pastors who will be with you on the trip. There’s no other tour like this that’s designed by pastors for pastors.

I invite you to join me on this one-of-a-kind Pastors Tour of the Holy Land. And I encourage you to let your church help “send” you on this spiritual and leadership retreat.

While most all-inclusive tours cost anywhere from $5,000 – $6,000, we have partnered with Inspiration Tours (the gold standard in Christian Holy Land travel) to create a deluxe tour at an unbelievable value of $4,098 per person (20% less than many similar tours!).

It’s a great value . . . in fact, I can’t believe we’re able to offer all that we are on this tour for that price.

That’s why I want to send you a DVD and complete information packet that you can share with your church leaders.

But you need to act quickly. Pastors are registering, and while we’ve been able to open up a few more spaces, we only have 28 spots remaining.

If you’re interested in joining me in the Holy Land, then I encourage you to register and make your initial deposit of $500 before the early bird deadline of November 30.

This will secure your spot. And then you and your church have until February 2014 to pay the balance in full.

Just think . . . if your church invested $100 a week you could be in the Holy Land next May!

I hope you’ll join me on this life-changing Pastors Trip to the Holy Land!

Nelson

PS – There are a limited number of spots remaining, and if you would like to have one of them, then be sure to make your initial $500 deposit BEFORE the early bird deadline of November 30.
