I want to challenge you to the idea of a tech free day. A day where you literally unplug from all digital connections. Think of it as a tech fast.
Many of us can remember going on retreats or cruises back in the 1990s or early 2000s where there was no Internet or cell phone service. Seems like such a novel time now. But, I would suggest if you think and pray about it, there’s a place for a tech free day in our modern lives.
I have built tech free days into my schedule and found it’s exactly what my soul needed. I hope you’ll take the challenge and find out for yourself how rewarding a tech free day can be!
