The Principle of Spiritual Readiness

With Easter just around the corner, I want to encourage you to think strategically to prepare for God to send you people who need to know Him.

After years of doing crusades, the Billy Graham Association was able to predict, with astonishing accuracy, how many people will come forward for prayer on any given night. How? Because the number always correlates to how many volunteers they have lined up to receive those who respond!

God did not send more people to Billy Graham than he was ready to receive. In the same way, he will not send more people to you than you are ready to receive.

So what can you do? The same thing Billy Graham did. Prepare in a way that enables God to open the floodgates into your church. If you are truly ready, He will send people your way…

…However, if you don’t think through your strategy, write it down and then implement it, you’ll be completely unprepared to capture what God is pouring out. The choice is yours!

Commit your work to the Lord, and then your plans will succeed. – Proverbs 16:3

Your partner in ministry,

Nelson
