Why are you in ministry?  What started you down this road in the first place?  My guess is that you felt called to accomplish great things for God.  You had a vision for reaching hurting people and introducing them to a renewed life.  You wanted to grow a healthy church that would influence your community and draw people into learn the truth of the gospel.
