This week I’m celebrating a few of my coaching participants and how God is doing a great work in their churches through my 12-month Senior Pastor Tele-Coaching Network.

Over the past 20 months of Tele-Coaching, we’ve had our attendance climb from around 230 in worship to close to 350… in a town of 3,000 in rural southwest Wisconsin.
Stewardship = from September 2011 to September 2012 our general fund has risen 650% (seriously!). This has been since rolling out the new “Journey-style” envelopes in January 2012.
Giving options and being bold about stewardship as discipleship has had a huge impact. This climb in our giving and tithing will offer us many new opportunities to grow and reach more for Christ.
BTW – We also brought on a full-time associate pastor this past summer (full-time salary w/benefits) and our giving is increasing still!
