On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of next week (Oct 11 – 13), PBS will air a 3-part series on “God in America“.
I’m certain I won’t agree with all their conclusions but as leaders we need to watch this for several reasons:
1- People will be talking about it and it gives us a reason to talk about our faith.
2- As church leaders we MUST be students of history.
3- We just might learn something and be inspired to participate more fully in God’s ongoing work in America.
So, set your TiVo’s! Go ahead, I’ll wait….
