Robert Haynes has served and led New Life Community since November 1985. He is a long-time member of Senior Pastor Coaching and earlier this year upgraded to my Advanced Coaching Network. He and his wife, Connie, both graduated from Mid South Bible College (now Crichton College in Memphis, TN) and they have three grown children. I am thrilled to see pastors like Robert so committed to abandoning average and making incredible changes in his ministry to reach more people for Christ. We received 17 new members into our church family on Sunday, May 17. This is the largest number of new members ever received on a single day in the 47 year history of the church. Also, there are three more who were received the following Sunday.

Each new member was presented with a copy of Rick Warren’s book, “What On Earth Am I Here For?” as a welcome gift.

I had the joy of baptizing 11 of the 17 here at New Life Community.
