I’m writing to you from Walt Disney, Orlando – in the middle of our 3-day Church Systems Check-up & Boot Camp. We are blessed to have a full conference – just look at this amazing group!
We’re focused these 3 days on the 8 Systems of a Healthy Church, and specifically Measurement of those 8 systems.
Remember that a S.Y.S.T.E.M. is any ongoing process that Saves You Stress Time Energy and Money and continues to produce results.
It might take you energy to set up and implement in the beginning, but a System will save you time and energy in the long run and help you concentrate on more important priorities.
When it comes to measuring your church systems, always remember that SOME measurement is better than NO measurement.
There’s a proven psychological principle known as The Hawthorne Effect that tells us that, “Simply by deciding to measure – we can alter the results being measured.”
For example, simply by choosing to pay attention to your Assimilation System and measure certain key aspects, you will see improvements in those numbers.
Which numbers do you start with? Here are the Top 5 Metrics that you should be tracking:
Overall Attendance
First and Second-Time Guests
Volunteers
First-Time Decisions for Jesus
Giving
At this event I’ve gone in-depth on these metrics and the key elements for each of the 8 Systems that have the most impact on the health and growth of your church. If you’re not focusing yet on systems, I still have a couple of FREE resources for you below to get started TODAY.
