How Do You Get So Much Done?

It’s not uncommon for someone to ask me at a conference or at one of my bootcamps, “How do you get so much done?”

From books to resources to coaching networks to preaching 40+ times per year in my own pulpit, I am blessed with productivity but if I had to give a one-word answer to this common question, it would be: delegation.

Learning to delegate is your key to getting more done in less time, with less stress and with greater blessing.

Quite frankly, you ARE doing too much by yourself.

It’s time for you to share the blessing and delegate effectively to others.

It’s time for you to increase your impact by 2, by 4 or even by 10.

It’s time for you to get home on time for dinner and still fulfill your calling!

You see, I’ve been teaching my coaching network members how to delegate from their first session with me but it was taught piece by piece and spread out over various coaching sessions. I’d never collected all of the lessons in one place.

Well, just a short time ago, I did the hard work of putting together all my delegation training in one place. It’s literally 25 years of lessons from the school of hard knocks, the Bible and my own Pastoral and coaching ministry. It was a great exercise to put it all together in one place.

Then, I sat down with a group of my top 30 coaching alumni and taught it to them. Afterwards, they grilled me with Q and A that took us even deeper into the topic.

Effective-Delegation-web-icon-CDsThe good news: we recorded it all! And my team has even take it to the next level with student notes, leader’s guides, transcripts and supporting materials.

I am very proud to present this NEW resource to you: the Secrets of Effective Delegation seminar! Please follow this link to pick up this new resource today. My team has put together over $259.70 in bonuses if you act quickly.

P.S. I’ll leave you with this quote:

“A person may be in a leadership position, but if he isn’t willing to delegate, he isn’t a leader at all — he is a hired hand.”
