Let me explain.
For most of us, the people closest to us on a day-to-day basis are our staff and key volunteers, right? But, are we *really* serving as a pastor to them?
We love, motivate and train our staff and volunteers . . . but what about our shepherding responsibility? You owe it to your staff and volunteers to shepherd them.
