“How can I read more books with what I’m already doing?”

I love it when pastors ask me that question for a couple of reasons:

1. It says a lot about the pastor. As pastors, we should do all we can to grow as leaders. Growing churches are led by growing leaders.
2. I get to share my story of how God gave me a passion for reading.

You see, I didn’t grow up with a love for reading. In fact, I never completed a book from start to finish prior to age 17!  But nowadays, I typically read 5-7 books per week.
