Today, I want to show you the benefits of implementing strategic concepts, but first you need to understand just what a strategic concept is.
Let me explain:
A strategic concept is an easy to understand idea that has been PROVEN over time. It’s been worked out and thought out over time. I thought about how to basically define that for you. The best definition that I can give you is E = mc2. This is a strategic concept.
E = mc2 is a tight formula, but behind it is page after page of mathematical formulas that are summarized in E = mc2. This strategic concept summarizes literally a lifetime of work by that guy with the crazy hair, Albert Einstein. That’s a strategic concept.
You may be surprised at how many strategic principles that you can extract from business, philosophy, history, and yes, even straight out of The Bible. These strategic – and Biblical – concepts will help you get from where you are to where God wants you to be.
One of the Biblical strategic concepts, in the Bible, is the Sabbath.
Now, the Sabbath sounds so easy. Twenty-four hours where you cease your normal and primary work activity, but we know that behind that, are tremendous implications. Implications for health, implications for energy, implications for planning, implications for repentance, implications for holiness. We know it’s just not about the one day, that it affects all the other six days and on down the line we go but we summarize this big broad life management principle in the word, “Sabbath.”
These strategic and Biblical concepts are shortcuts that don’t short cut your results! They are designed to help you:
- Make wiser decisions
- Make faster decisions
- Have a greater impact
