Nelson,
After attending a coaching network meeting where you talked about spontaneous baptisms, I began doing calls for people to be baptized on the spot.
It’s gotten larger each time. The last baptism we had 8 people signed up but baptized 21!
We’re blessed to have a large baptistery in the sanctuary so we challenge people to invite their friends to the service.
This has worked great but Jimmy Britt’s story (from this month’s podcast) has got me thinking we need an outdoor, public baptism also…
I’ll let you know how it works out.
