With my new Senior Pastor Tele-Coaching Network beginning to fill up (it begins August 25), I keep thinking about the reasons why people apply.
At the core, pastors apply for the network because they’re serious about reaching more people for Christ, making a bigger Kingdom impact, and realizing more of their potential (as individual leaders and as a church).
Beyond that, some pastors join because they’re young and realize they have a lot to learn.
Others join because they’re in a new position and looking to start off strong.
But perhaps the best results I’ve seen are from pastors who have been in ministry for years and are looking for something to jump-start them and their church to grow!
Case in point – here’s an email I got from Allan Collister, a recent graduate of the Tele-Coaching Network and Pastor of New Church Berkeley (CA) recently about his experience:
Hi Nelson,
I am greatly benefiting from this process.
As a long-term shepherd now, it is very good to get some new life, new input, and consistent input, which all fits together into a coherent whole.
I’m implementing it all, too — with all “deliberate speed”.
At first, some of my staffers were rolling their eyes at me, but that is long past.
No, I didn’t have to de-hire them, either!
They’re helping with the implementation.
Thanks brother!

Great report Allan – I look forward to hearing more about how God uses the network to continue growing and strengthening your church!
How about you? Are you looking for some “new life, new input, and consistent input” in your ministry?
My new Senior Pastor Tele-Coaching Network starts in just a few weeks – Thursday, August 25 – and I still have space for a few more pastors like you.
