Are you interested in serving the members of Nelson Searcy’s coaching network while still serving as pastor of your local church?

If so, then a part-time position with Church Leader Insights may be right for you! As a part-time member of the team you would make calls from your home to encourage, pray for and assist pastors in Nelson’s various coaching networks.

You would be compensated by the hour but must be able to commit a consistent time of at least three hours each week during regular business time (pending the exceptional pastoral emergency from time to time).

Dependable phone and Internet access a must.

Note: Priority consideration will be given to current or past members of a coaching network with Nelson Searcy, so include your experience if applicable.
