Groups System: We launched our groups system this fall with the Journey approach.  We average 500 adults on the weekend and saw 408 sign up for groups.  Last year our groups attendance was about 100.  Best in the twenty year history of groups in our church.

Assimilation System:  We implemented the entire system and have gone from capturing info on 2-3 first time families each weekend to 6-7 since implementing the system.  We had 20 families (65 people) visit in the last four weeks and 11 families came back for a second visit in that same four weeks.
