Maximizing Easter: Easy Ways to Reach More People — And Keep Them Coming Back

God wants your church to grow this Easter and beyond. Here are some easy things you can do in the next week leading up to Easter.

Tips to Reach More People at Easter:

Pray for God to double your Easter attendance. You move toward what you pray for. Pray daily with your staff for God to bring more lost people to your church on Easter Sunday. You’ll overcome your reluctance to try something new. God wants your church to grow more than you do. Look to him for guidance and supernatural change.

Give your members evangelism tools so they can invite their unchurched friends.  At The Journey Church where I pastor, we use Easter tickets, but you can even do simple cards in black and white – just make sure all your church information is on there to make it easy for your people to invite others.

Quick Tip to Keep More Easter Attendees in the Weeks AFTER Easter:

Give them a reason to come back. What are you doing the week after Easter? Have special events in the weeks after that you can promote on Easter (e.g. Newcomer’s Reception, Small Groups Kickoff, fellowship events). We’ll even start promoting Mother’s Day – the next “Big Day.”

I hope you’re in prayer right now that God will double your attendance on this very Big Day! Join me in cooperating with him to grow the Kingdom.

Your partner in ministry,

Nelson
