WHO IS DR. KEN BOA?

Writer/Bible Teacher/Mentor and President of Reflections Ministries

Dr. Kenneth (Ken) Boa equips people to love well (being), learn well (knowing) and live well (doing). He is a writer, teacher, speaker and mentor, and is the president of Reflections Ministries as well as the Museum of Created Beauty. Dr. Boa holds a B.S. from Case Institute of Technology, a Th.M. from Dallas Theological Seminary, a Ph.D. from New York University, and a D.Phil. from the University of Oxford in England. He has authored over 60 books, including Recalibrate Your Life, Conformed to His Image and Handbook to Leadership. He also co-leads Conformed to His Image discipleship coaching with Nelson Searcy. And on a local level, he teaches four weekly Bible studies in the Atlanta area. Dr. Boa does an extensive amount of speaking and teaching through conferences, as well as numerous written, audio, visual, and video resources.

Meet Dr. Nelson Searcy

Nelson Searcy is the Founding and Lead Pastor of The Journey Church, with locations across New York City and in Boca Raton, FL. By God's grace, he identified and developed the Eight Systems of a Healthy Church^® that he has used to coach over 3,500 churches in the US and around the world to adapt those eight systems to their unique ministry fields, resulting in great health and growth.

Nelson regularly coaches pastors online and in-person through the Church Leader Insights and Renegade Pastors Network ministries that he founded. He also leads several annual pastor in-person conferences and online training events. In ministry for more than 25 years, Nelson and his church routinely appear on lists such as “The 50 Most Influential Churches” and “The 25 Most Innovative Leaders.”
