The Worship Pastor Tele-Coaching Network is a group of worship pastors that meet together monthly via telephone and web for training, coaching, and networking. The Tele-Coaching Network will follow the outline of the Seven Challenges of a Worship Pastor as taught by Jason Hatley in workshops, and will be customized according to the specific needs of those accepted.

HOW EXACTLY DOES IT WORK?

Each month there’s a 2 hour conference call (from 12:00pm - 2:00pm Eastern Time) where you and the other participants call in to a special conference call line with Jason.

At the same time, you will receive a special Internet page where you log-in to see Jason’s notes. Basically, you are seeing his notes on your computer while talking via phone.

Each month Jason will present practical, proven insights into leading your worship ministry. While each month will be devoted to covering one of the Seven Challenges such as Personal Development, Worship Planning, Maximizing your volunteers, etc., he will also focus on specific topics relevant to leadership and ministry challenges faced specifically by those in the network.

At the end of each call you are assigned an audio seminar and a book to study in preparation for the next meeting (some people have said that this ‘guided learning’ process is worth the entire investment in the coaching network).

In addition, you will have the opportunity to participate in private call-in Q&A calls five times through-out the course of the network to have your specific questions addressed (this is in addition to the unlimited email access you receive).

JASON'S BIO:
Jason Hatley, Worship Arts Pastor at The Journey, will lead the Worship Leader Tele-Coaching network. Jason has been a worship leader for over 13 years and was a part of The Journey’s original launch team.

He began a worship ministry prior to moving to New York, and has worked alongside Lead Pastor Nelson Searcy in planning The Journey’s worship services since The Journey’s first service.

He built from scratch The Journey’s Worship Arts Team, a group of over 200 artists and technicians who develop and implement The Journey’s creative and technical elements at the weekly Sunday service.

He has been a featured break-out speaker at the Willow Creek Arts Conference, The Purpose Drive Worship Conference, Worship Leader Magazine Training events, as well as seminars around the country.

He has a B.M. in sacred music performance from Appalachian State University.
